PT. Kemet Electronics Indonesia, amuti national comany located in Batamindo Industrial Park-Batam, seeks suitable candidates urgently for the following positions:
1. Senior Quaility Engineer

Degree in engineering
Having strong experience of working in a quality improvement role
Minimum 8 years experience for similar position
Experience managing a certified quality management system
Proven track record with the problem solving techniques
Working experience in Quality analysis and control
Project management experience

2. Senior Maintenance Engineer

Degree in engineering
A Minimum of 10 yeras of working experience
Minimum of 5 years experience in the manufacturing industries
Has knowladge of industrial maintenance philosophies and techniques
Understanding of wide range of engineering function

General Requirements

Strong root cause analysis and analitycl problem solving skills with good decision making ability
Team oriented with a priority on organisational goals
strong sense of urgency and dedication to pursuing operational excellence
Good communication in english
Competent with Ms. Office software

Strong teamwork
